The Sigil... ok i've heard this week it costs 80k! I know i can get sigils from the traders in Lyons Arch and i can get a guild hall on a few islands... is there anywhere else i can buy sigils and/or is there any more locations for guild halls? If so please tell me where!

You can win a Celestial Sigil from the Hall of Heroes. The islands you can visit through the Canthan Ferry Captain in Lion's Arch are the only ones available at this time.

where is the hall of heroes and how do i get there? I've heard that's the PvP... and i know once you go to the PvP i don't think you can go back to the role playing... is this true?

?? what?? You can do both. I have three char, and one PvP char, I dont have enough skills unlocked to make a real nice PvP char, so I go through and do a ready made char, and you can still PvE, just not with your ready made PvP char. Have your guild members build a PvP char, if they are not lvl 20 and head to the tombs, it is in there you will hit the hall of heros as a "map" to play against other PvP'ers.

with your pve character you can get to tombs after you ascend. i would get better armor etc though before trying it. you can go back to pve if you pvp with your "home grown" character. there is no rule that says you can't. you just need to make sure your pve character has the best equip that you can get for them. because you can bet that the opponents will.

How often do sigil traders restock with sigils and how many at a time? (what's the going price now)?

I believe that sigil traders are restocked as players sell to them; however, most players have been selling directly to other players via trade channel. You'll have to watch the trade channel (mainly, Lion's Arch district 1 & 2 for lots of trade spam) for a sigil if you want to buy one. I saw some going for about 100k recently.
